Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning.

Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited.

How to enter. (1) Free entry: submit your first name, last name, and email on the giveaway page once per calendar month. (2) Members: PokeInvesting members are automatically entered once per calendar month. Each method grants the same single entry per month and the same odds of winning.

Odds. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received during the entry period.

Drawing. One winner is selected at random from all eligible entries at the end of the entry period. The winner will be notified by email and must respond within 14 days to claim; an unclaimed prize may be re-drawn.

Taxes. Winner is responsible for all taxes; a W-9 and 1099 may be required for prizes valued over $600.
