What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in with Google or Discord, we receive your public profile information from those services.

When you use the platform, we store your portfolio data (cards tracked, purchase prices, watchlists, alerts) in our database. This data is private to your account by default.

How We Use Your Data

• To provide the portfolio tracking service you signed up for
• To send transactional emails (price alerts, billing receipts)
• To improve the product based on aggregate, anonymized usage patterns

What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your personal data to third parties
• We do not share your portfolio data with other users unless you create a shareable link
• We do not use your data for advertising targeting
• We do not store payment card numbers (Stripe handles all payment processing)

Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. No advertising cookies are set.

Data Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Database access is restricted to authenticated application services via private VPC networking.

Your Rights

You can export your portfolio data at any time (CSV export on Advanced+ plans). You can delete your account and all associated data from your account settings. Contact hello@pokeinvesting.com for any data-related requests.
