Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using PokeInvesting, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. The Service

PokeInvesting is a portfolio tracking and market data platform for Pokemon card sellers and dealers. We provide pricing data, analytics, and tools. We are not a marketplace, brokerage, or financial advisor. All investment decisions are yours.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. One person per account. Account sharing is not permitted.

4. Pricing & Billing

Subscription prices are listed on our pricing page. Prices may change with 30 days notice. Monthly plans auto-renew unless cancelled. Annual plans are non-refundable after 14 days. Payments are processed by Stripe.

5. Data Accuracy

We source pricing data from third-party marketplaces and grading services. While we strive for accuracy, prices are informational and may not reflect actual sale prices you would receive. Do not make financial decisions based solely on our data without independent verification.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our data or service. Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data. Do not use automated tools to interact with the service beyond the provided API (Professional plan, subject to rate limits).

7. Intellectual Property

Pokemon is a trademark of Nintendo / Creatures Inc. / GAME FREAK Inc. Card images and set logos are used for identification purposes. PokeInvesting is not affiliated with or endorsed by The Pokemon Company.

8. Limitation of Liability

PokeInvesting is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for financial losses based on our data or service availability. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

You can cancel your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
